  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team either through email or phone within the specified 30-day period.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and the necessary instructions.
  • Ensure that the product is securely packed and attach the RAN on the package.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to return the item to us.

Return Shipping:

  • We offer free return shipping for eligible products within the continental United States.
  • For international returns or returns from Alaska, Hawaii, or other non-contiguous US states, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • In case of an exchange, the shipping for the replacement item will be covered by us.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • We offer free shipping for eligible products within the continental United States for the first exchange.
  • For international exchanges or exchanges from Alaska, Hawaii, or other non-contiguous US states, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Additional Charges:

If the exchanged item has a higher value than the original item, the customer will be responsible for paying the price difference.
If the exchanged item has a lower value than the original item, we will refund the price difference back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by our team. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not meet the eligibility criteria stated above.
